Leadership Certificate for Healthcare Professionals (Invoice My Employer)

The Leadership Certificate for Healthcare Professionals is designed to assist in the professional preparation for new and upcoming leaders in healthcare settings.  This training is designed to equip current and aspiring leaders to lead, supervise, and manage effectively through leadership and managerial examples relevant to healthcare settings.  Participants with or without post-secondary education will find both theoretical and practical knowledge that will elevate their potential and performance. 

Classes will be taught via Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00-03:30 p.m.

• February 3 and 5, 2026-Leadership Theories
• February 10 and 12, 2026-Team Building
• February 17 and 19, 2026-Financial Literacy and Operational Efficiency
• February 24 and 26, 2026-Supervision
• March 3 and 5, 2026-Conflict Resolution
• Spring break-no classes march 10 and 12, 2026
• March 17 and 19, 2026-Diversity and Biases
• March 24 and 26, 206-Strategic Communication
• March 31 and April 2, 2026-Healthcare Funding

The cost is $800 per person and we will invoice your employer. Attendance at all classes is expected. Certificates of Completion and digital badges are awarded to participants who attend a mimimum of 12 modules.
