R.I.P.P.E.D. - Monday evening - 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

R.I.P.P.E.D. “The one stop body shock” is a “plateau proof fitness formula” causing continuity, consistency, and challenge in each and every class. Your body never gets a chance to become accustomed to the constantly changing format. Regular participants to the R.I.P.P.E.D. program receive ultimate results in minimal time, ranging 750-1,000 calories burned in just 50 minutes. This is a high intensity program combining the components of R.I.P.P.E.D. – Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet. This workout is performed to driving, motivating, and modern music that makes R.I.P.P.E.D. fun and beneficial! Classes run from January 26 hrough May 6, 2015.

Class size is limited to 12 participants

No classes March 9-13, 2015.
