Etiquette Dinner

Save your confirmation email after paying for your etiquette dinner. You will need to have the order number (shown at the top of the order confirmation - the order number is a six-digit number) available when scheduling your etiquette dinner. Please note that students who fail to provide their order number will not be permitted to attend the dinner.  Remember, paying for your etiquette dinner is only the first part of signing up for the etiquette dinner. You must also register using the Qualtrics link listed here: https://iup.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_eLqr3HnfOqCZujs.

Once you pay for your etiquette dinner and sign-up, this will complete the sign-up process. You will be contacted by a staff member from the CPDC in the near future with a confirmation email and additional details.
